WHO WE ARE
ICH Group AG is a company specializing in project management, located in Baar / Switzerland.
We control and coordinate construction projects for European and Russian building contractors in the luxury segment in Russia.

BACKGROUND
In 2008, a group of architects and project managers, who have been active on the Russian market as architects and project managers since 1998, founded ICH Group AG. They have longstanding experience in establishing and advising cooperations between European and Russian companies in the building business. As demand has been increasing and as project management of Russian construction projects is not always easy, the expertise has been concentrated through the launch of ICH Group AG and purposefully offered as a service.

ICH Group AG looks back onto many years of experience in the realization of big construction projects in Russia. Experienced architects, project managers and building site managers are accustomed to implementing construction projects of European Luxury-brands in Russia.
Excellent relations to Russian companies and authorities allow smooth order processing.
Furthermore, many private building projects (luxury villas, apartments) on Russian territory are included in our team’s portfolio.
